In 2023 about 1.73 lakh Indians lost their lives in road accidents, of which nearly 40% are youngsters! 

According to Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) nearly 80% of all accidents are due to 'Driver Error'. Driver Error is due to not knowing Road Rules, Right-of-way, and Defensive Driving.

Our goal is to reduce Driver Error by providing COMPULSORY DRIVER EDUCATION (CDE) in the form of a classroom training for all new drivers applicants at all of India's 1300 RTA's, and we have a viable plan to do it!

The CDE program aims to provide about 3 hours of Driver Education to the approximately 1.20 crore driver license applicants who obtain a driving license each year in India. Today people are driving around with hardly any knowledge of rules and defensive driivng and hence killing themselves and others.

Our vision is to engage Road Safety NGO's to provide this classroom training which will be funded by Morth, or by CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) funds. 

The class will be FREE for the drivers license applicants. Course can be in English, Hindi & Telugu and any all regional languages.

This course will have many images and over 75 educational videos to make it interesting and engaging for the youth. Think of it as a 3 hour movie on Driver Education.

We believe that a "well trained defensive driver can drive SAFELY in any type of vehicle, any type of road, and any traffic conditions".

We believe that the vehicle operator is the most important component of Road Safety but totally ignored in India.

Seatbelts, Helmets, Safety ratings, air bags, better designed roads all help. But without a driver who is trained to handle today's powerful vehicles everything else fails as si shown by the continuous increase in road accidents year over year.
